Matt Vlasach serves as the CEO of Pacific Swell Networks. He was a founding partner of the company in 2003, which begun as an outsourced IT consulting firm based out of his college dorm room. Since then, Matt has helped open an office in El Segundo, CA, and steer Pacific Swell to specialize in Voice over IP solutions ranging from multi-site PBX integrations to custom purpose-built VoIP infrastructures. He now as a strong knowledge of VoIP, especially with respect to the SIP standard.
