Windows VPN troubleshooting is vulnerable to knee-jerk reactions when a user has trouble connecting. But it is important to look beyond VPN configurations as the first step in troubleshooting a customer's VPN connectivity and to recognize user-account related issues are also common perpetrators of connectivity problems.
